Natural stone is a natural material. Variations in colour, veining, pores, fissures and fossils are part of its character and do not constitute a defect.
We guarantee that the delivered material matches what was ordered and approved. Consumer purchases are covered by the three-year right to make a claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Inspect the material immediately upon delivery and before installation. Visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing, preferably with photos, within a reasonable time. Installed material is considered approved.
